Triple B-360 starting November 6th at 8:30am
“Bike and Barre” class starts with cycling to get the heart rate up, followed by a barre segment for strength training and toning, targeting the legs, glutes, and core. This combo class provides both a cardio and strength workout, making it well-rounded.

Power Vinyasa Flow (45 minutes) of dynamic-style yoga using our breath and heat to focus on building body strength & flexibility!
Core N' Restore (Sundays at 8:30am starting on 9/22)
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core, you’re 6+ weeks or a few years postpartum, it’s never too late to improve strength and function.
This class is designed to strengthen and restore core and pelvic muscles. Rehab and rebuild fundamental strength, especially through deep core exercises. Specializing in postpartum recovery.

Barre 360 is on the schedule!
Barre is hybrid style class inspired combining elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. Focusing on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to tone your body while lengthening and strengthening muscles.
Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am
