Barre360: This class is hybrid style combining elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. Focusing on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to tone your body while lengthening and strengthening muscles. You’ll improve your balance, build strength, become more flexible, burn calories and improve stability through a stronger core. A total body workout targeting the hips, glutes, abs, and arms leaving your body feeling refreshed and energized.
Triple B-360: This is a combo class between the bike and the barre. We start off with cycling to get the heart rate up, followed by the remainder of the class on the barre for strength training and toning, targeting the legs, glutes & back. The combo provides both a cardio and strength workout, making it well-rounded. All fitness levels are welcome!
