Power cyclesAll of our cycling classes at Advance will get your endorphins flowing and leave you feeling accomplished. We have various class options for you to choose from.

RHYTHM 45:  RHYTHM45 is a 45 minute full body workout suited for all fitness levels. This cycling class includes cardio and strength intervals, choreography and 4lb dumbbell work; all set to the beat of the music.

 
RHYTHM 30:  RHYTHM 30 is a fast-paced full body cycling class great for all fitness levels. Set to the beat of the music, this class includes cardio and strength intervals, choreography and 4lb dumbbell work.

 
POWER 45:  POWER45 is a fast paced, cardio focused cycling class that will challenge you from beginning to end! This class utilizes a variety of movements to challenge your endurance and build strength, and includes 4lb dumbbells.  This class offers plenty of opportunities to make the ride your own!

 

POWER 30: POWER30 is a fast paced, cardio focused cycling class that will challenge your endurance in just 30 minutes. Don’t underestimate the power of a quick ride— this class incorporates a variety of movements and 4lb dumbbells to challenge you from beginning to end. Perfect for beginners and advanced riders alike, this class offers plenty of opportunities to make the ride your own. 

 

BOOTY BURN:  BOOTY BURN is a 30-minute cycling workout designed to target your glutes and hamstrings. Set to the beat of the music, this rhythm based class includes bursts of intentional movement to strengthen your booty while challenging your endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels. 

DUAL (BIKE & MAT): DUAL combines cycling and yoga into one class with 20 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes on the mat! The bike portion of class is cardio focused and will get your heart rate up, and the mat portion is focused on body weight movement to challenge your upper and lower body. A great class for all fitness levels, and especially beginners wanting an intro into our different styles of classes.
